Disarmament vs Nonproliferation

After another great conversation with a Revolutionary Scholar Ward Wilson, I once again got pretty confident that disarmament is more important than nonproliferation. Once we get rid of nuclear weapons, we'll logically tackle a big chunk of nonproliferation problems.
